RETURNS POLICY

Procedure for Returning Goods

We would like you to be completely happy with your purchases.  If for any reason you need to return any items please follow the steps below: -

Call our customer service team between 8.00am – 8.00pm on telephone number 01476 541080 to obtain a return authorisation number or send an email to cashsales@gbs.tbs-ltd.co.uk.

  • Please quote the order reference given in your email confirmation (SHP…).
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect our customer service team will arrange a replacement and collection or suitable method of return for the item.
  • If a returns label is sent out to you please use this when returning the item to us.

We are unable to accept responsibility for damaged/incorrect items returned without prior authorisation.

Please whenever possible notify us of all damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt.

We allow 30 days from the date of dispatch as shown on the delivery note for you to return items for any reason.

Provided the above procedures are followed we promise as follows: -

  • To replace all damaged goods which will be despatched via the original delivery service.
  • To refund any unwanted items within 7-14 business days of our receiving your return, such refund to be made in the same manner of payment as originally used for purchase.
