Additionally, as our publications are aimed at the UK and US fiction library markets, we are unable to add authors to our list who do not have a significant background in this market.

The Writers’ and Artists’ Yearbook, which should be available from your local library, gives detailed listings of publishers, as well as advice on how to approach them. However, you may find it easier to ask a literary agent to act on your behalf as many publishers will not accept unsolicited material. Listings of agents also appear in the Yearbook.
